Simple but delicious!
Ingredients :
- 250 almonds
- 200g of dark chocolate
- Licorice salt or rhubarb and angelica salt
Preheat the oven to 160°.
Place the whole almonds on a baking sheet and toast them for 10-12 minutes, it is good to stir them several times during this step.
Let the almonds cool
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.
Mix the melted chocolate with the almonds.
Take some almonds together and place them on a non-stick sheet.
Take a pinch of salt and sprinkle it over the chocolate-covered almonds.
Let cool in the refrigerator until the chocolate has completely hardened.
