Collection: Nydonsk
Very popular in Iceland since its creation in 1987, Nýdönsk has to date released 17 pop rock albums with a distinctly glam tendency for those released in the early 2000s.
As always in Iceland, the musicians are "multi-card" and Daníel Ágúst Haraldsson is also known for being the founder and leader of GusGus , in a furious electro register.
As for Björn Jörundur Friðbjörnsson, the bassist and singer of Nýdönsk with the surprisingly Bowiesque voice, he is also an actor. Several titles foreshadow the British Artic Monkeys , the most disturbing being that in his younger years, Daníel Ágúst Haraldsson had a family resemblance to Alex Turner .
