“Black sand” salt

This salt is inspired by Iceland's unique black sand beach on the south coast. Activated charcoal gives it the appearance of sand, and seaweed gives it the fresh scent of the ocean.

It looks spectacular in contrast to the white of radishes and black radishes, pasta, the green of soups and vegetables, the red of tomatoes, etc.
