Roasted sweet potatoes with a hint of arctic herb salt

Ingredients :
- Sweet potatoes, peeled and diced - Approx. 900 gr.
- Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
- Black pepper
- Pecan nuts - 100 gr
- Arctic Herb Salt
- Fresh parsley
- optional: Arctic thyme syrup - 30 ml
Preheat the oven to 210°.
Mix the olive oil, black pepper and arctic thyme syrup with the sweet potatoes.
Spread them on a non-stick baking sheet.
Bake for 25-30 minutes
Remove from oven and toss with pecans, arctic herb salt, and parsley.
