Generous in collaborations, Ólafur Arnalds composed the music for the show Dyad 1909 at the request of British choreographer Wayne McGregor for a piece premiered at Sadler's Wells in London.
As in his film and series music, Ólafur has the talent to create an autonomous and very dense sound universe, rich with a virtuoso violin score, notably on the disturbing Brotsjór , and textures mixing electro and acoustic instruments. In certain titles, we find a little of the lyricism of Woodkid .
